    Nice meat tenderizers there Chef Nick!

    That marinade is awesome and my potatoes came out good, I think I forgot to turn down the heat so they got a little crispy, but still taste great with some country crock.

    I couldn’t find the same parmasean cheese you used, so used fresh grated kind.

    Mahalo nui loa Momma Dukes! Call me is you want different ideas for it. try the “peanut butter swirl” for the torte. Pappa Dukes will enjoy that a lot. For the turkey burgers, both recipes here are good ones and simple, just don’t over think it, throw it all in the bowl and mix it up. BANG POW! You may want to add a little panko bread crumbs or another if it seems too loose for the grill.
